In "The Dreamer" listeners are invited to identify which character in the story is actually having the dream. We meet a young, up-and-coming Art Museum Director and his assistant as they woo a wealthy art collector, hoping to secure the loan of one of his famous pieces of art. They succeed and proceed to plan the grand unveiling of his life-size nude sculpture called, The Juliet. After the big opening party the museum director tells the statue she is so beautiful that he wants to spend eternity with her, when magically she comes alive and wants to escape with him to Paris. They end up captured by the FBI in a cabin in the woods when the dreamer is revealed.
