Welcome to Colonel is a fully improvised comedy podcast structured as City Council meetings in the fictional town of Colonel, GA. Each episode features a guest comedian who plays a citizen of the town with an issue addressed by City Coucil Representatives, IV, Beverly, and Boomer. In the episode featured for Fringe Audio, the City Council faces an FBI inquiry about the supernatural happenings in the town.
